The Truck Story
Back in 1994, Brewmaster Peter Telge brought the Stark Mill Brewery to life, and it quickly became a local favorite among Manchester beer lovers.
Over the years, Stark Brewing Company has continued its legacy as Manchester’s preferred brewpub and distillery, serving up delicious food and even better microbrews in a welcoming, rustic atmosphere.
But the team at Stark Brewing Company knew that they wanted to bring their brew pub experience to even more people. That’s when they came up with an exciting idea: a food truck!
In 2023, the Stark Brewing Company food truck hit the road, bringing their mouth-watering food, beer, and distillery to people all over the region. The idea was simple: why should only those who can visit the brewpub in Manchester get to enjoy their amazing flavors?
With the food truck, Stark Brewing Company could bring their unique blend of flavors and hospitality to people wherever they were. And the response was overwhelming! People lined up for blocks for a taste of their favorite Stark Brewing Company dishes, paired with their signature microbrews and spirits. The food truck quickly became a staple at local festivals and events, and people couldn’t get enough of the delicious food and drinks.
Today, the Stark Brewing Company food truck is still going strong, serving up their legendary brewpub experience to people all over the region.
